Its custom diamond mesh is suitable for cutting 20mm exterior porcelain, natural stone and ceramic materials. The semi segmented design combines controlled cutting with efficient material removal, making it a practical first choice for daily fabrication and installation work.
The blade features 25 laser welded diamond segments, each with a height of 10mm, providing secure segment retention and a long working life. Its 2mm cutting thickness supports stable, consistent performance across a wide range of materials.

Correct Use & Maintenance
Before each use, inspect the blade carefully for cracks, deformation, damage or defects to the segments. Do not use the blade if any damage is found.
For the best cutting performance and blade life:
• Ensure the blade is correctly fitted, securely tightened and rotating in the direction indicated.
• Use the blade for wet cutting and ensure a continuous supply of clean water reaches both sides of the blade.
• Allow the blade to cut at a controlled rate. Do not force it through the material.
• If cutting performance begins to reduce, use the supplied grindstone to expose fresh diamond and restore the cutting edge.
• Regularly clean the tile cutter, water tray, pump and water-delivery system to prevent debris from restricting movement or water flow.
• Use BOSS PRO‑MAX lubricant as part of routine machinery maintenance to help protect and lubricate suitable moving components. Always follow the machine manufacturer’s maintenance guidance.
Disconnect the machine from its power supply before fitting, inspecting, cleaning or maintaining the blade or machine. Do not apply lubricant to the blade’s cutting edge, drive belts, electrical components or surfaces that could contaminate the tile.
