The BOSS 300 DAILY PRO™ is a long life diamond blade developed for fast, dependable everyday cutting across a wide range of porcelain, natural stone and compatible materials.
Designed as the professional workhorse of the BOSS range, it is particularly effective when cutting dense 20mm outdoor porcelain. Its custom selected diamond mesh provides a strong balance between cutting speed, reduced edge chipping and working life, making it the first choice for daily cutting where a specialist fine finish blade is not required.
The blade features 21 semi segmented diamond segments, each measuring 10mm high. This construction supports efficient cutting and dependable performance across repeated professional use.
A 25.4mm bore makes the DAILY PRO™ suitable for compatible professional electric tile cutters and bridge saws. The blade must always be used with a sufficient continuous water supply reaching both sides of the blade to control heat, prolong blade life and reduce exposure to silica dust.

The BOSS 300 DAILY PRO™ is designed as a dependable everyday blade for fast wet cutting across a wide range of porcelain, natural stone and compatible materials.
Its custom selected diamond mesh and 21 semi segmented diamond segments provide a strong balance between cutting speed, reduced edge chipping and long working life. This makes it particularly suitable for repeated professional use and demanding 20mm outdoor porcelain.
The DAILY PRO™ should be the first choice for general daily cutting. Where highly polished, glazed or delicate surfaces require the cleanest possible finished edge, a specialist BOSS fine cut blade may be more appropriate.

Correct Use & Maintenance
Before each use, inspect the blade carefully for cracks, deformation, damage or defects to the segments. Do not use the blade if any damage is found.
For the best cutting performance and blade life:
• Ensure the blade is correctly fitted, securely tightened and rotating in the direction indicated.
• Use the blade for wet cutting and ensure a continuous supply of clean water reaches both sides of the blade.
• Allow the blade to cut at a controlled rate. Do not force it through the material.
• If cutting performance begins to reduce, use the supplied grindstone to expose fresh diamond and restore the cutting edge.
• Regularly clean the tile cutter, water tray, pump and water-delivery system to prevent debris from restricting movement or water flow.
• Use BOSS PRO‑MAX lubricant as part of routine machinery maintenance to help protect and lubricate suitable moving components. Always follow the machine manufacturer’s maintenance guidance.
Disconnect the machine from its power supply before fitting, inspecting, cleaning or maintaining the blade or machine. Do not apply lubricant to the blade’s cutting edge, drive belts, electrical components or surfaces that could contaminate the tile.
