BOSS Blades™ P300-SG-P1 Fine-Cut Porcelain Diamond Blade

Manufactured in Italy, the BOSS Blades™ P300-SG-P1 is a professional fine-cut diamond blade developed for cutting highly polished porcelain tiles. Its custom-selected diamond mesh and 21 laser-welded, 10mm-high segments are designed to provide a clean, consistent cut and a long working life when used correctly.

Suitable for wet cutting with compatible electric tile cutters. For the best performance, ensure sufficient water reaches both sides of the blade and use the supplied grindstone when the cutting edge requires dressing.

Before each use, inspect the blade carefully for cracks, deformation, damage or defects to the segments. Do not use the blade if any damage is found.

For the best cutting performance and blade life:

• Ensure the blade is correctly fitted, securely tightened and rotating in the direction indicated.

• Use the blade for wet cutting and ensure a continuous supply of clean water reaches both sides of the blade.

• Allow the blade to cut at a controlled rate. Do not force it through the material.

• If cutting performance begins to reduce, use the supplied grindstone to expose fresh diamond and restore the cutting edge.

• Regularly clean the tile cutter, water tray, pump and water-delivery system to prevent debris from restricting movement or water flow.

• Use BOSS PRO‑MAX lubricant as part of routine machinery maintenance to help protect and lubricate suitable moving components. Always follow the machine manufacturer’s maintenance guidance.

Disconnect the machine from its power supply before fitting, inspecting, cleaning or maintaining the blade or machine. Do not apply lubricant to the blade’s cutting edge, drive belts, electrical components or surfaces that could contaminate the tile.
