The BOSS 250 2CM PRO™ is a professional diamond blade developed for cutting 20mm outdoor porcelain, natural stone and other compatible exterior materials.
Thorough testing on dense 2cm porcelain has allowed the diamond specification to be selected for controlled cutting, reduced edge chipping and a long working life.
The blade features 17 semi segmented diamond segments, each measuring 10mm high. Its custom selected diamond mesh and ultra thin 1.2mm profile create a narrow kerf, reducing the amount of material removed as the blade passes through the tile.
A 25.4mm bore makes the blade suitable for compatible professional electric tile cutters and bridge saws. The blade must always be used with a sufficient continuous water supply reaching both sides of the blade. Water helps control heat, prolong blade life and reduce exposure to silica dust.

The BOSS 250 2CM PRO™ is a professional wet cutting blade developed specifically for dense 20mm outdoor porcelain, natural stone and other compatible exterior materials.
Its custom selected diamond mesh, ultra thin 1.2mm profile and 17 semi segmented diamond segments work together to produce a controlled cut with reduced edge chipping and minimal material removal.
Thoroughly tested on 2cm outdoor porcelain, the blade combines a clean cutting performance with a long working life when used with a sufficient continuous water supply and a compatible professional cutting machine.

Correct Use & Maintenance
Before each use, inspect the blade for cracks, distortion, damaged or missing segments and any other sign of damage. Never install or use a blade that appears unsafe.
Confirm that the machine accepts a 250mm blade with a 25.4mm bore and that its operating speed does not exceed the maximum RPM marked on the blade. Install the blade in the correct rotational direction using suitable flanges and the machine’s protective guard.
This blade is designed for wet cutting only. Maintain a sufficient continuous water supply to both sides of the blade throughout the cut. Water controls heat, prolongs blade life and helps reduce exposure to respirable silica dust.
Allow the blade to cut at a controlled and consistent feed rate. Do not force the blade, twist it in the cut or apply sideways pressure. Support the material correctly to prevent movement and edge breakage.
If cutting performance begins to slow or the diamond edge becomes glazed, dress the blade using the supplied grindstone in accordance with the instructions. Stop immediately if unusual noise, vibration, overheating or damage occurs.
Always wear suitable personal protective equipment and follow the cutting machine manufacturer’s operating and safety instructions.
